Orders Under $40
$5 Flat rate shipping charge. Additional handling charges may be accrued due to large size or weight of item. It will be noted on each specific product if handling charges might apply.
Orders Over $40
When your subtotal reaches $40, you will receive free shipping. Please note that some items do not display a "free shipping" logo. Such items will still be included in your subtotal to obtain free shipping, but small handling charges may occur. It will be noted in the specific product of the handling charge. Most items do not carry a handling charge.
International, HI, and AL
Flat rate shipping charges will occur. These will vary based on your country. Handling fees may be applicable also for heavy or large items.
Wholesale Orders over $250 ship free. Under $250 incur an $8 charge. Orders under $50 may also incur a small order fee.
We charge a flat fee of $14.00 for all countries except Canada. (Canada is $7.00). Our system is unable to accurately tabulate weight for our items as most of our items weigh in ounces or partial ounces. This flat fee will cover shipping up to 4lbs. If your order exceeds 4 lbs, you will be contacted regarding additional shipping costs. For most international orders that are over $50, or a medium to large order, this is an excellent price! We can usually ship 10-20 items for this price. Most orders do not go over 4 lbs unless items such as punches,albums, or large quantities of paper are purchased. In the past we just didn't accept International orders, but due to the high request, and the large purchase amounts of most orders, this has worked well for both us and the customers.
How We Ship
We ship vial USPS mail. All packages in the continental US will ship either Priority or First Class. Shipping/Tracking is available and will be emailed to you. Due to the low weight of most of our products shipping is much more reasonable for you and us using this service. UPS and FEDEx would in most cases be twice as much. We also like to support our local, small, USPS. We have been shipping this way for 4 years and have only ever lost one package.
It is our standard policy to ship US orders partially if we expect a delay for a specific item. For International orders we will hold the order until all items are ready to be shipped unless we can deem it reasonable in shipping prices to divide and mail multiple packages.
Shipping Dates on Orders
Please note that if an order is shipped on a specific day that means it was delivered to the Post Office that day. It may not be postmarked until the next day, or the next business day. We mark it shipped when it leaves our location.

In Stock/Out of Stock
We are a Brick and Mortar Location. We sell products in our store and online. Our stock calculator is not able to combine our in store sales and our on line sales. We are continuously ordering and always try to maintain a proper inventory. At times, products will occasionally become out of stock. They will be re-ordered and sent out as soon as they arrive. We sell a lot of merchandise associated with Sue Nelson's website, www.heartprints.net. Some of the older items will have to be ordered. We diligently try to remove items that are no longer available from the manufacturer. We will immediately let you know if for some reason we are unable to get a certain product.
Certain companies that we sell are specialty companies. They are either ordered from small companies, whose shipping is sometimes lengthy or from International Companies, which can also cause some delay in delivery. It is ALWAYS our priority to get you the supplies you want, at great prices, in a reasonable amount of time.
